Yes. Every professional working through the TRASTORA platform undergoes Aadhaar identity verification, police background check, and a skill assessment before their first assignment. We share verification details with customers where required.

We are available for bookings and customer support Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Emergency electrical and pest control services may be available outside these hours — call us directly for urgent requirements.

We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), bank transfer, and online payment. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking depending on the service type.

Regular home cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, sweeping and mopping all floors, vacuuming carpets and rugs, cleaning fans and light fixtures, wiping countertops, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, and emptying trash bins.

Regular cleaning covers surface-level daily chores. Deep cleaning goes further — inside cupboards and wardrobes, behind furniture, inside appliances, bathroom grout scrubbing, kitchen chimney exterior, window frames, ceiling fans, and all hard-to-reach areas. Deep cleaning is recommended quarterly or before/after major events.

A full deep clean for a 2 BHK flat in Pune typically takes 4–6 hours. A 3 BHK takes 6–8 hours. Times vary depending on property condition and specific requirements.

Yes. Our cleaning team arrives fully equipped with all tools and eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. You don’t need to provide anything.

Yes. We use only Central Insecticides Board (CIB) approved, BIS-certified, and WHO-guideline compliant chemicals. Our formulations are selected specifically for use in occupied homes. Children and pets can typically re-enter treated rooms within 2–4 hours.

Pest control starts at ₹1,000 for an independent house, ₹1,500 for 1 RK, ₹1,800 for 1 BHK, ₹2,800 for 2 BHK, ₹4,000 for 3/4 BHK, and ₹5,000 for bungalows. Hotel lodge pricing starts at ₹350 per room.

Yes. We provide post-construction anti-termite treatment, pre-construction soil treatment, and targeted termite control for active infestations. A 1-year warranty is available on termite treatments.

We recommend a general treatment once every 3 months for year-round protection. Pre-monsoon treatment (April–May) is especially important in Pune as the rains drive cockroaches and rodents indoors.

Part-time maid charges in Pune start from ₹1,200–₹1,500 per month per task. A full-time day maid costs ₹14,000–₹17,000 per month. A cook for one or two meals costs ₹5,000–₹8,000 per month. TRASTORA charges a one-time placement fee of ₹1,500–₹2,500 depending on the service type.

Yes. Every housekeeping helper placed by TRASTORA undergoes Aadhaar identity verification and a police background check before their first assignment. We share full documentation with you before the helper’s first visit.

Yes. TRASTORA arranges a trial visit before you commit to any regular arrangement. You only proceed if you’re satisfied with the helper’s work.

Yes. Every electrician holds a government-issued wireman or electrical supervisor licence and works to Central Electricity Authority (CEA) safety standards.

TRASTORA provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on all electrical services — one of the longest in Pune. If the same fault recurs within 90 days due to our work, we return and fix it free of charge.

Car detailing is about cleaning, protecting, and restoring your car’s appearance — wash, polish, ceramic coating, PPF, interior cleaning. Car repair is about fixing mechanical issues — engine service, brakes, AC, battery, tyres.

Yes. For basic wash, interior cleaning, battery replacement, and minor repairs — our team can come to your home or office. Ceramic coating and PPF require a studio environment.
